PURCHASING
To make a purchase form us just browse our online store and click on the 'add to cart' button next to any items that you wish to buy, this will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be transferred to Paypal to complete your order. Paypal accept most major debit/credit cards and you do not need to be signed up with them to complete your purchase.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We operate a flat rate shipping fee which means no matter where you are in the world, the price listed for P&P is the price you pay. Please note overseas customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties that may be levied by your own country. Your purchase will be despatched within 24 hours of payment received unless otherwise notified and you will receive an automated email once your item has left our warehouse. Your items are delivered via Royal Mail 1st class for UK customers & airmail for overseas customers. Delivery times can vary dependant on your location but 90% of deliveries arrive within 3 days (UK) or 7 days (overseas).
STOCK
All items listed in our store are in stock as of that morning, very occassionally an item may go out of stock during the day, if this happens we will inform you and either place the item on back order or cancel & refund, whichever you decide.
SECURITY
We do not store any information about you on our servers. Your payment details are processed via Paypal and do not get passed on to us.
GUARANTEE
All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. Should you wish to return your item please let us know via email and we will refund 110% of the cost price once we receive the returned item. Please note to prevent misuse we offer the 110% refund on your first purchase only, all subsequent returns will be processed as a full refund (100%). We will not refund for damage found to be caused by misuse or violent destruction. Any complaints, should be made initially to sales@footydogs.co.uk or by telephone on 01803 380818. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.
PRIVACY POLICY
FootyDogs.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties except for delivery purposes. We only collect information given at the time of ordering. This is used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, ensuring the delivery of your order and keeping you informed of it's progress. This information is collected only by FootyDogs.co.uk. and is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please email inquiries@footydogs.co.uk with any questions you may have on our privacy policy. We do not send out marketing material except where you have specifically asked to receive our monthly product update email which can be stopped at any time, nor do we pass any of your details onto third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item & to store delivery addresses.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
